Being overwhelmed is my #1 struggle so I created this blend based on my knowledge from being a Certified Aromatherapist. I personally selected and hand mixed these essential oils to specifically help with a racing mind, over thinking and obsessive thinking.

Instructions: Apply to pulse points: behind ears, along neck, wrists and elbow creases
